Meet Carlo Povegliano D. D., F.C.A.D. and his Woodridge Denture Clinic Team

Giancarlo is an associate Denturist in the practice. Giancarlo graduated George Brown Dental School with honours in 2016 and is a Member of the Ontario College of Denturists. He is also a member of the Ontario Denturists Association, the Canadian Association of Denturists and the Denturists Group of Ontario. Giancarlo brings a keen knowledge of all dental aspects to this practice.

Giancarlo has been trained in the latest digital technology in denture fabrication and is excited to apply his skills in his treatment options.

Coming from the land down under, Dr. Chan has come to Canada to enjoy the weather, escape the blazing heat from the Australian sun and meet new friends while utilising his skills to provide dental treatment to those in need! Dr. Chan graduated from James Cook University, located in Cairns, Queensland. He then went to the sweltering heat in Central North Australia to provide dental treatment in rural Indigenous communities, correctional facilities and hospitals.

He became the Dentist Manager at the Royal Darwin Hospital Special Needs Dental Clinic where he helped patients with special needs including those with complex medical backgrounds, such as cancer, compromised renal conditions, and cardiac concerns. Moreover, Dr. Chan acted as a clinical supervisor at James Cook University to mentor and guide final year dental students through their clinical studies. Dr. Chan is passionate in all aspects of Dentistry, but has a special interest in restorative and implant dentistry and is always willing to improve his skills when time permits. In his free time, he enjoys playing indoor volleyball and finding the best slopes to go snowboarding!

Dr. Michael Landzberg trained in dentistry at the University of Toronto, graduating in 2005. He then completed a general practice residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he practiced general and emergency dentistry and completed his post- graduate periodontal training at the University of Toronto in 2009.

He is continually educating himself and firmly believes that he can always do better than the status quo. He maintains a strong interest in research and has published numerous articles in dental journals. Dr. Landzberg provides a full range of periodontal procedures. He is an expert in the most current techniques for diagnosing and treating periodontal (gum) disease and gum recession.

Dr. Landzberg has been placing dental implants since 2006 and has placed many thousands of dental implants since then. He has great expertise and advanced training in jaw bone reconstruction procedures. Dr. Landzberg is a faculty member of Toronto Integration for Dental Excellence, teaching dental implant placement and advanced bone grafting to dentists.

Stefanie brings over 13 years of dental hygiene experience and 16 years of dental assisting experience to this practice. Stephanie is a certified member of the Canadian College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and the Ontario Dental Hygiene Association. Stefanie is committed to providing professional and gentle care to all patients.

Keith has more than 25 years of dental tech experience. He is qualified in all aspects of denture/dental implant prosthesis fabrication.

Larry is a dental technician with more than 25 years of dental tech experience. He is qualified in all aspects of denture/implant prosthesis fabrication.

Elena is a dental technician over 30 years of dental tech experience. She is qualified in all aspects of denture/implant prosthesis fabrication.
